Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: 14.10.25
Last Updated: 14.10.25

At Bloom Community, we are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all children and families. We believe every student should have equal access to quality educational opportunities, regardless of ability.

1. Our Commitment

We strive to ensure that our programs, facilities, and services are accessible to students with a wide range of physical, learning, and developmental needs. Our goal is to remove barriers and provide reasonable accommodations so that every child can participate fully in our educational programs.

2. Facilities

Our learning spaces are designed to be physically accessible to students, parents, and visitors. This includes:

  • Accessible entrances and pathways

  • Accessible restrooms

  • Classroom layouts that allow space for mobility aids and equipment

If you have specific facility-related needs, please contact us in advance so we can make any necessary preparations.

3. Educational Support

We work closely with parents and guardians to understand each child’s unique learning needs. Where possible, we will make reasonable adjustments to teaching methods, materials, and classroom activities to support student participation. Examples may include:

  • Modified assignments or learning activities

  • Flexible seating arrangements

  • Additional time or breaks during lessons

  • Use of personal support equipment

4. Communication Support

We are committed to clear and accessible communication with families. Upon request, we can provide enrollment materials, schedules, or other information in alternative formats (e.g., large print, simplified language) or through alternative communication methods.

5. Feedback & Requests

We welcome feedback on how to improve accessibility for our students and families. If you have questions, suggestions, or specific accommodation requests, please contact us:

bloomcommunityleigh@gmail.com

We review all requests individually and work with families to find solutions that support the student’s learning and participation.

6. Ongoing Improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing process. Bloom Community is committed to continuous review and improvement of our policies, facilities, and programs to better serve all students.
