Refund Policy

At Bloom Community, we take pride in providing high-quality, in-person educational programs for homeschooling families. We understand that schedules can change, and this policy outlines how refunds are handled for our in-person classes, workshops, and programs.

1. Refund Schedule
a. 7 Days or More Before Start Date – Full Refund
If you cancel your enrolment 7 days or more before the scheduled start date of the class or program, you will receive a 100% refund, minus any non-refundable registration fees (if applicable).
b. 3 to 6 Days Before Start Date – 50% Refund
If you cancel your enrollment between 3 and 6 days before the start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total fees, minus any non-refundable registration fees.
c. 48 Hours or Less Before Start Date – No Refund
If you cancel within 48 hours of the start date, no refund will be issued. This includes same-day cancellations and no-shows.
2. Missed Classes
Refunds or credits are not provided for missed classes once a program has started. If your child is unable to attend due to illness or emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Make-up sessions may be offered at our discretion, subject to availability.
3. Program Cancellations
If Bloom Community cancels a class or program before it begins, families will receive a full refund. If a class is canceled after it has started, a pro-rated refund will be issued for the remaining sessions.

4. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be made in writing by emailing [support email]. Please include:

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

5. Exceptions
In cases of serious illness, family emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, [Business Name] may offer a credit, rescheduling option, or partial refund at our discretion.
