Last Updated: 14.10.25

Welcome to Bloom Community. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Bloom Community, (“we,” “our,” “us”) and the parent(s)/guardian(s) (“you,” “your”) of students enrolled in our educational programs. By enrolling your child and participating in our programs, you agree to these Terms.

1. Enrollment & Payment
  • Enrollment is confirmed only after we receive a completed registration form and full payment (or an approved payment plan).

  • Spaces in programs are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • All fees must be paid by the due dates specified in the enrollment confirmation. Late payments may result in loss of enrollment.

  • Non-refundable registration or materials fees may apply and will be clearly stated during enrollment.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in accordance with our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. In summary:

  • 7 days or more before the start date → Full refund (minus non-refundable fees)

  • 3–6 days before the start date → 50% refund

  • Within 48 hours of the start date → No refund

  • Missed classes are not refundable.
For full details, see the Refund Policy section on our website or in your enrollment packet.

3. Student Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all students.

  • Students are expected to follow classroom rules, treat peers and staff with respect, and participate appropriately.

  • Disruptive, harmful, or unsafe behavior may result in disciplinary action, up to and including removal from the program.

  • In cases of removal due to conduct violations, refunds will not be provided.

4. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

By enrolling your child, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your child.

  • Inform us promptly of any changes to contact information, medical conditions, or special needs.

  • Ensure timely drop-off and pick-up of your child. Late pick-ups may result in additional fees.

  • Support your child’s participation in the program and communicate any concerns with staff.

5. Health & Safety
  • Parents/guardians must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special care requirements before the program begins.

  • We reserve the right to deny participation if a student’s health condition poses a safety risk without appropriate support in place.

  • Students who are ill should not attend classes. We may request a child be picked up if they show symptoms of contagious illness during the program.

6. Liability Waiver

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe learning environment, participation in any educational program involves some risk.
By enrolling, you agree to:

  • Release [Business Name], its staff, and affiliates from liability for injuries or damages except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

  • Accept responsibility for any damages caused by your child to property, materials, or facilities.

7. Photography & Media
  • We may take photos or videos during classes and events for educational and promotional purposes.

  • You will have the option to grant or decline permission for your child’s image to be used during enrollment.

  • If permission is declined, we will make every effort to exclude your child from identifiable media.

8. Program Changes & Cancellations
  • [Business Name] reserves the right to modify schedules, locations, instructors, or class content as needed.

  • If a class or program is canceled by us, families will receive a full refund or credit.

  • In the event of inclement weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, classes may be rescheduled rather than refunded.

9. Accessibility & Accommodations

We are committed to supporting students with different abilities. Parents are encouraged to discuss any specific needs with us prior to enrolment so we can make reasonable accommodations. (See our Accessibility Statement for details.)

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
